MOSCOW, Feb 25 (PRIME) -- A rock fell in the Obukhovskaya coal mine in the Rostov Region, possibly blocking three miners 550 meters underground, a representative of the emergency services of the region told PRIME on Friday.
Mine rescue workers were sent to the mine, the representative said.
